Our Mental Health Outreach
Healing Hearts God's Way

Who We Are
We are a Biblically-based mental health program which consists of a diverse group of mental health professionals who are committed to using their training to bring healing and hope to our communities. We recognize that we each have been given our gifts from God to serve God and others. It is our goal to work alongside other nonprofits to help them in their mission by offering our mental health services to their program. We base this principle on 1 Corinthians 11:4 "There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all. But the same manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all."

What We Do
Because we believe that we have all been given unique gifts from God, we do not try to reinvent the wheel by creating programs that are already working. Therefore, we believe in partnerships. We currently partner with 15 nonprofits who are doing amazing work in our community. Our mental health program helps our partnerships increase their success rate with a decreased rate of recidivism. We offer one on one counseling, coaching, workshops, groups and classes. Our trauma-informed professionals provide trauma-healing to those who need it most. When our nonprofit partners prosper, we all prosper!
1 Corinthians 12:25 "that there should be no division in the body, but that the members should have the same care for one another. And if one member suffers, all the members suffer with it; or if one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it."
1 Corinthians 12:25 "that there should be no division in the body, but that the members should have the same care for one another. And if one member suffers, all the members suffer with it; or if one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it."

What's Different
What sets our program apart is that we incorporate the message of the love of Jesus Christ in all that we do. Our team is ethnically diverse, from different denominations and socioeconomic backgrounds, all working together as one to bring mental health support to our community. Our beautiful city has many immigrants from various countries. Currently, we have 4 languages spoken from team members. We also offer various therapeutic techniques to help people heal, from EMDR, CBT, Pilates body movement, and Equine therapy. All that we do is Christ-centered. We see ourselves as a part of the whole. Alone, we are limited in our impact, but together in unity, we can transform our community.
